Programme 1:

Follow-on Gentle Dance Exercise for all, with a playlist from the Golden Age of Pop.

- Suitable for those with limited mobility
- Break for rest and chat

Covid safety measures in place for in-person Move with the Groove classes:
- Limited numbers/class 'bubble'
- Class activity is within your own space; there's no mingling and participants are well spaced
- Face coverings are not advised unless necessary for medical reasons
- Ventilated venue - good through flow in the buildings, but well heated
- Hand sanitiser - available on entry and exit
- Testing - participants are encouraged to take a lateral flow test before class, and are asked not to attend if they have any Covid symptoms or feel unwell. I will be taking an LFT before each class.
- Hygiene - all surfaces are cleaned before and after class. Cleaning materials are provided in the toilets, please wipe down any touched surfaces after use
